How Does it Work?
6 weeks prior to your wedding day:
A call to run through your details.
4-5 weeks out:
Consultation at your venue to discuss all the details of your wedding day and exactly how you want it to run.
Supplier liaising to ensure details have all been included and checking timings
2-4 weeks out:
Timeline creation to ensure everything is all mapped out correctly.
On The Day:
Up to 12 hours on the day coordination with 1 planner.
On The Day Includes:
Overseeing arrival of all elements for the day and troubleshooting where required.
Managing timings of the day until the first dance. Ensuring you have everything you need throughout the day. Being your right-hand woman and making sure your day is super special.
Investment: starting from £1300 (not including travel and accommodation).
