Designed for couples who want peace of mind, I’ll handle every detail, from coordinating suppliers to ensuring your celebration flows effortlessly, taking care of the logistics so you can fully enjoy your day.

What’s Included:

6 Weeks Before the Wedding:
• A detailed consultation call to review your plans and discuss your vision.

4–5 Weeks Before the Wedding:
• A site visit at your venue to finalize all the details and map out your day.
• Liaising with vendors to confirm logistics and ensure every detail is covered.

2–4 Weeks Before the Wedding:
• Creation of a detailed Running Order and Set-Up Sheet to keep everything on track.

The Day Before:
• On-site coordination to finalize logistics and meet suppliers (up to 3 hours).
Note: Table set-up is not included.

On the Day:
• Up to 10 hours of hands-on coordination with one dedicated planner, ensuring everything runs smoothly—typically covering events until evening food service.
